You can register any upcoming events you are involved in on the Events page. This allows you to promote and advertise any performances, shows, galleries, screenings, or other upcoming events which require exposure. As a member of the collective, you retain all rights and complete ownership of any creative works that you post. You can choose to encrypt your work so that it cannot be downloaded or reproduced without your consent. It is your decision. A fundamental aspect of being an artist is that you have copyright to anything you create, so do what benefits you. As an example, a musician may feel that it would be beneficial to allow people to download their music royalty-free to gain exposure; a visual artist may want to encrypt images to prevent them from being used without authorization.
